Micromilling Machine

The machine is controlled by a Delta Tau UMAC system, which is capable of controlling up to 32 axes simultaneously with a Turbo PMAC2 CPU running at 80 MHz. The feed system of the developed machine is composed of three high-precision linear stages. An air bearing motorized spindle is used to provide high speed of the tool.
